We’re NICE.
Meet the team and learn about our Why.
From Conversions to Components
Born from a deep appreciation for classic vehicles and precision engineering, NICE began as a gas-to-electric conversion shop. In that work, we discovered something important — high-value EV batteries and motors were being written off and wasted.
Today, NICE focuses on recovering and re-certifying those components. We’re building a trusted supply chain for reclaimed EV parts, ensuring they can be safely reused in new applications — from energy storage to vehicle repair and repower projects.
Efficiency through Reuse
Every year, thousands of electric vehicles are retired while their major components still have years of useful life remaining. Traditional dismantling systems aren’t optimized for high-voltage EV parts, which often end up recycled before their value is fully realized.
NICE is solving that inefficiency. By reclaiming, testing, and certifying EV batteries and motors, we help our partners reduce sourcing costs, increase margins, and strengthen the circular flow of high-value components back into the market.
Trusted Process, Proven Experience
Our team combines expertise from top technology and automotive companies — Tesla, Rivian, Google, and Snap — with hands-on experience in diagnostics, systems engineering, and product development. We understand both the technical demands of high-voltage systems and the operational realities of the automotive supply chain; and, we’ve won awards, including "Best SUV" at Electrify Expo 2024 for our electric Suzuki Samurai conversion.
Our NICE Certified process ensures every reclaimed part meets rigorous standards for performance, traceability, and safety. This delivers the quality assurance and reliability that shops, fleet operators, and integrators need to operate with confidence.
