We’re NICE.
Meet the team and learn about our Why.
From Conversions to Components
Enamored with the joy of driving beautiful vintage cars, we created NICE, a gas-to-electric vehicle conversion business. It was there that we discovered something powerful: high quality batteries and motors locked away in salvage-title EVs. Now, we’re evolving to meet the moment.
Soon, we’ll be introducing an AI-powered platform and marketplace that sources, certifies, and sells reclaimed EV parts. We connect the dots so these premium components can find their second life in energy storage, mobility, and repair applications.
Accelerating electrification through reuse, not waste
The future doesn't need more stuff—just smarter ways to use what we've already built. Every day, valuable components with years of useful life remaining are discarded simply because the economics favor replacement over repair.
NICE is building the circular supply chain for electric vehicle components, giving batteries and motors a second life to power buildings, fleets, and future cities.
Proven expertise meets climate mission
Our team combines decades of experience building consumer products at companies like Snap, Google, Meta, and Rivian. We've shipped products to millions of users, earned 14 patents, and built award-winning, desirable brands and products — including "Best SUV" at Electrify Expo 2024 for our electric Suzuki Samurai conversion.
Most importantly, we understand both the technical complexity of EV systems and the operational challenges of scaling circular supply chains.
